HR Generalist

Supports the management of Human Resources (HR) activities, programs and policies that directly relate to the local distribution center (DC) including: compensation, employee relations/labor relations, recruiting and employment, employee diversification/Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), performance management, training, and employee communications.

Maintenance Supervisor

Leads the Facility Maintenance Team and assists in planning, development and execution of the preventive maintenance program. Also assists the FMM in executing a comprehensive maintenance program.

Operations Managers*

Directs the daily activities of a single shift. Responsible for work, productivity, LOS, safety, security, and housekeeping.

Supervisors*

Establishes daily production goals at the DC and monitors standards to improve performance while managing a team of hourly Team Members.

Establishes effective production flow schedules in order to keep outbound operations on time to meet fulfillment, productivity and shipping goals.

Performance Coordinator

Tracks, analyzes and reports production output information for the Distribution Center. This position is also responsible for tracking, analyzing and reporting Team Member performance in all Distribution Centers.

Transportation Planner*

Plans daily work flow of inbound purchase orders and tracks shipment of inbound freight to TSC stores and DCs. Ensures timely cost-effective pickup and transit.

Wayne - General Manager

Team Member since August, 2017

Wayne joined Tractor Supply on August 7, 2017 bringing over 14 years of distribution experience to TSC. He previously held the position of VP of Operations for US Foods and, prior to that, spent 9 years with Target in their distribution network. Knowing the impact the Frankfort DC will have on the local community through Tractor Supply’s Mission & Values made Wayne’s decision to join TSC an easy one.

Wayne is a native of upstate NY who took this opportunity to move his family back home while still growing his career.


Andrea - HR Business Partner

Team Member since December, 2017

Prior to joining Tractor Supply Company, Andrea served as Global Director of Human Resources of General Electric Power, overseeing the complex integration of a one-stop HRIS across all divisions. Previously, Andrea was Vice President of Human Resources at Railex LLC, a nationwide 3PL dedicated to the expedited shipment of perishables. Andrea began her career at McLane, where she grew into the role of Director of Human Resources, ultimately overseeing the opening and closing of two Regional Distribution Centers in the New England region.

When not working, Andrea enjoys time outside with her family, hiking and trail riding.


Rodney - Facility Maintenance Manager

Team Member since July, 2017

Rodney joined the Tractor Supply team in July 2017. He previously enjoyed a 22-year career in retail logistics with Walmart Distribution where he held several operational leadership roles prior to transitioning to the support side of the business, most recently as a Maintenance Manager.  Since joining the Tractor Supply team, he has visited several other distribution centers and the store support center, building relationships while engraining the TSC values and culture into his leadership toolbox.  He is devoted to continuous improvement and lifelong learning both personally as well as professionally.

Rodney and his family reside in local area and have for many years. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, or camping in the Adirondack Mountains.


Shane - Safety & Loss Prevention Manager

Team Member since February, 2017

Shane joined the Tractor Supply team as the Loss Prevention and Safety Manager at the Barn in Hagerstown, MD Distribution center in February 2017. He worked at Sports Authority for 19 years, starting out as a Team Member, then worked his way through to the Distribution side of the business.

Shane and his family currently reside in Pennsylvania. He enjoys spending time with family, hunting, camping, and coaching hockey. As a coach Shane truly embraces our value of Ethics and encourages others to always “Do the right thing”.
