What is your favorite thing about working at TSC?
One of my favorite things about working at TSC is that everyone works toward the same vision and is dedicated to our company’s Mission. This truly creates a family environment where everybody is there for each other.

How does the TSC culture encourage you to bring your authentic self to work?
Our team and company have a strong sense of community. Knowing that I am a part of this welcoming community helps me bring my authentic self to TSC every day.

What impact has DE&I had on your Team Member experience?
The DEI initiatives and programming have increased the sense of community, even in a virtual environment! It has a real impact on the way we operate, increasing levels of trust and engagement cross functionally.

What is your favorite TSC moment related to celebrating diversity?
I really enjoyed participating in the Women’s History Month Lunch and Learn this year. With working from home due to the pandemic and the cancellation of social events, it was great to be amongst my TSC family and recognize the contribution women have made to our organization.

What is your favorite thing about working at TSC?
My favorite thing about working at TSC is the culture of support and having a genuine spirit of cooperation to achieve a shared set of goals, which keeps us united.

How does the TSC culture encourage you to bring your authentic self to work?
Working at TSC makes me feel like being a part of One Tractor family where I can bring my authentic self to work. TSC culture is very encouraging, inclusive and makes me feel appreciated of all that I do.

What impact has DE&I had on your Team Member experience?
As a Team Member, DEI had an impact in instilling a growth mindset to embrace change and engage in teamwork. Outside of just the professional aspect, I have learned so much from my fellow Team Members and their unique experiences. Appreciating our differences has created a strong sense of community.

What is your favorite TSC moment related to celebrating diversity?
Pre-pandemic, one of my favorite moments related to celebrating diversity was our Friday potluck. Team Members from different cultures and ethnicities would share dishes they prepared. It was really engaging, and I got a chance to learn about recipes from different places around the globe where Team Members grew up and learn some interesting facts about them and their cultures.

What is your favorite thing about working at TSC?
Legendary. This has been a word that I have heard consistently since joining TSC in March. TSC’s Mission and Values are the core of its business and success. I am amazed with how there’s so much congruence with our Values and how people present themselves. I think this what makes TSC legendary, it is culture.

How does the TSC culture encourage you to bring your authentic self to work?
As a new Team Member, I have felt welcomed and included. By becoming more aware of the Team Member Engagement Groups and having the space to be involved and represented make me feel great about who I am and what I get to bring at TSC.

What impact has DE&I on your Team Member experience?
Curating a corporate culture with belonging and inclusion at its core starts with the commitment of our most senior leadership. Seeing leaders and Team Members at TSC give strong emphasis on DEI has been uplifting and inspirational. I am only two months in, but I look forward to my journey and being a contributor as it relates to our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

What is your favorite TSC moment related to celebrating diversity?
Since joining Tractor in late March, I have had an opportunity to attend a couple of our Team Member Engagement Groups’ meetings. I am inspired with how our leaders are cultivating a space for openness and inclusion. I am excited to see how Team Members are being empowered and taking an active role in creating an environment where we all feel we belong.

What is your favorite thing about working at TSC?
Tractor’s core Mission and Values are tied to the company’s diversity initiatives. Every Team Member that I have had the pleasure of working with keeps the company’s Mission and Values at the core of their efforts.

How does the TSC culture encourage you to bring your authentic self to work?
Our strong culture at TSC makes me feel empowered and engaged to put my best foot forward on the company’s initiatives. I truly feel that my contributions matter to the organization.
                  
What impact has DE&I had on your Team Member experience?
At work, I am able to engage openly with my fellow Team Members about my experiences, perspectives, culture, and history. These experiences make for greater communication and collaboration.

What is your favorite TSC moment related to celebrating diversity?
I have arranged potlucks for Team Members in IT as well as cross-functional business teams, who loved the home-made food and very much appreciated it.
